Professional Supervision
|
|
New Graduate Supervision
New Graduate Supervision is specifically aimed at new and recent graduates of Social Work and Social
Welfare (two years following graduation). Discounted rates for professional
supervision apply to workers in their first two years of practice should
there be no organisational sponsorship.
Individual and Group Supervision
BTS offers negotiable arrangements in relation to location,
frequency and duration of supervision sessions.
Group supervision is available to teams and services. Agency agreements
will need to be considered in respect of confidentiality. Groups and teams will
be encouraged to consider their needs and goals for supervision and
have the opportunity to develop their own content for reflection if
desired. Please note all supervision arrangements are subject to the
availability of an appropriate worker.
Our preference is to offer supervision in
South Western Sydney and the Southern Highlands and the Illawarra regions.

teachers and family workers to expand on skills in working with dangerous and
challenging behaviours in light of family dynamics, domestic violence, behaviour
disorders and difficulties and mental health issues. BTS
provides training in the form of professional workshops (one or two days) and
short seminars (a few hours) with a practice focus on managing challenging and
serious behaviours collaboratively and solution focussed intervention styles. |
